Independent watchmaking — Los Angeles, CA
Every second, machined by hand.
Orrery builds a small run of mechanical watches each year, movement first — hand-finished, hand-assembled, and regulated one at a time in our Los Angeles atelier.

Chapter 02 — The movement
Built from the gear train out.
Every Orrery caliber is designed in-house and finished by hand — bridges chamfered, screws polished, the balance wheel regulated to the second before it ever reaches a case.
Chapter 03 — Materials
Titanium case. Sapphire, both sides.
A grade 5 titanium case, sapphire crystal front and back, and a dial cut from solid brass and hand-guilloché'd in-house — nothing plated, nothing printed.
Chapter 04 — The atelier
One bench. One watchmaker.
Each Orrery is assigned to a single watchmaker from first movement to final regulation — the same hands, start to finish, on every piece we build.
